Bio((All info within is fictional as this is a fictional character of the Hogwarts Express MUSH. All info is also OOC knowledge so please don't use it ICly unless I've given permission OOCly for you to get ahold of the journal.))
Background:
Born in Canterbury. A clever kid who covers it up by being a bit of a jock, he is the son of a the famous Quidditch player Quinten Palancher. His father wasn't an overly studious Hogwarts student (like father like son), but his quickness with the broom earned him the nickname 'Quick Quinten' and having helped the Ravenclaw win the school cup for the years he played on the team he earned himself a position in the starting line up for the Kent Krushers. Having a famous parent is pretty great. Sam's pictures have often made it into the Prophet particularly ones of him with his muggle mother and siblings cheering on 'Quick'. Being half muggle gets the best of both worlds; holidays in Hogsmeade and Majorca.
His father was almost certain that he'd follow in his footsteps and become a Ravenclaw it was another surprise when Sam joined his older sister, Paeonia in Gryffindor. He's his father's son and practically lives on a broom. His father providing only the newest and best model on the market. Before Hogwarts he went to a private muggle school. There he aquired an enjoyment for football (soccer). So in both the muggle and wizarding world he's a bit of the athlete. He loves all things active.
Hogwarts: A quidditch fanatic. He's spends a lot of his time reading up on quidditch books, history of the sport, have loads of trading cards, a big poster of their dad over his bed, Quinten "Quickie" Palancher and a Kent Krushers duvet cover. He's really an average student. He excells however in Flying and anything Quidditch. He'd be an excellent student if he applied himself in school as he does in Quidditch. He's gotten into trouble a few times for flying in the hallways. But he's always wearing his broom, the latest and greatest model slung to him like a rock star with his guitar.
